How do I return an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 12 days of receiving your item. To start a return, simply reach out to us at avusteofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
How can I exchange a product?
If you'd like to exchange an item—for a different size, style, or product—just email us at avusteofficial@gmail.com within 12 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for. As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll be happy to assist.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?
We’re really sorry if something went wrong with your order. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at avusteofficial@gmail.com within 12 days of delivery.
Make sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund and, as a gesture of apology, you’ll also receive
20€ in store credit to use on your next purchase.
What size should I choose for my jewelry?

If you're between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit, we suggest choosing the larger option. Most of our bracelets and cuffs are adjustable, so you’ll have some flexibility to fine-tune the fit to your comfort.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes - Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, which passed for being hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types—even sensitive ones. It's also resistant to tarnishing and rust, so you can wear it with confidence every day.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to place an order. However, creating an account makes future checkouts easier and quicker, as your details will be saved for a faster shopping experience.
